Building Stronger Communities

We offer robust, multi-lingual financial education for low-to moderate income community members and families to support wealth building through homeownership, and offering technical assistance for small businesses to support wealth building through entrepreneurship.


 


Providing Affordable Housing

Rent has increased over the last few years at an historic rate. These higher rent rates are especially hard for families with the lowest incomes to absorb. Closing the housing affordability gap in Southwest Fresno requires a comprehensive housing strategy. We're ready to assist you in the process of obtaining your first home.


Empowering Homeowners

The SW Fresno Pathways to Homeownership Program (PHP) aims to create 50 pre-approved borrowers per year. In partnership with several local and national organizations, SW Fresno PHP program participants will be prepared for homeownership through one-on-one financial coaching and educational classes.
