About Us

We are leading a wealth-building movement for Fresno's Golden Westside through promoting and coaching residents to homeownership. More than 1,000 homes will be built in the 93706 community over the next 10 years. Our primary goal is to make sure this opportunity does not pass our residents by. 

We are proud to provide high-quality homeownership education and ongoing housing counseling to future homebuyers to ensure they are loan-ready to buy their homes AND keep their homes.
