Credit Counseling
Working with a credit counselor is a great way of getting financial advice from a trusted professional. Our counselors can help you understand your credit report, fix errors and provide suggestions to boost your FICO score, which will help you get a good home loan. Financial classes will include building credit, budgeting and goal setting.

Westside Church Campus Development
Offering affordable rental housing for senior citizens and affordable commercial office spaces for community entrepreneurs and neighborhood-serving non-profit organizations.
Senior Cottages at Westside
Plans call for the 2025 development of a tiny home/ADU village for seniors who want to age in place and in community. Cottages will range from 400-576 sq.ft., with 1-2 bedrooms, in a park-like setting. Supportive services will be provided to the cottage residents to promote healthy living and socialization.
SWFDC Community Small Business Hub
Responding to small business owners’ needs, plans call for building 20 office spaces for entrepreneurs on the 2nd floor of Westside Church, a 6,700 sq.ft. space. The Hub’s goal is to provide much-needed affordable office space for community-serving businesses and non-profit organizations. Our partners will provide technical assistance to strengthen small businesses, increase access to capital, and promote networking and collaboration.
